Donations

All elementary backpacks should be brought to Bethesda Lutheran Church (123 W. Hamilton Ave) between August 1st - 14th.

All secondary backpacks should be brought to Renew Church (416 Niagara St.) between August 1st - 14th.

We have local business and friends of We Care Eau Claire make donations in order to purchase school supplies from a third-party at a discounted rate. This year the supplies were purchased from HDI Wholesale. If you wish to donate school supplies, we will use them to replenish the supplies in the ECASD closet.

Cash can be dropped off at the Eau Claire Area School District (ECASD) Admin Building at 500 Main Street. Be sure to include the full name and contact information of the donor and the total amount of the cash donation. Please be sure to ask for a receipt.

Checks can be made payable to "ECPSF" and in the memo note "We Care Eau Claire". Checks can be mailed or dropped off at the Eau Claire Area School District (ECASD) Admin Building at 500 Main Street. Be sure to include donor's contact information.

All of We Care Eau Claire’s funds are held by the ECASD Foundation. You can make a donation HERE. The fund is set up as the ECASD Closet Fund or Adopt-a-Backpack.
